Shipping & Handling Information

The Baby Boomer Game takes 1-5 business days for delivery via United Parcel Service. We will notify you by e-mail if your shipment will be delayed.

NOTE: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping charges for single-destination orders are based on the dollar-value of the order and the type of delivery service you specify:

Note: All shipments are FOB Ashland, Ohio. United Parcel Service, or the carrier you specify, is solely responsible for delivery compliance. In case of damaged or lost shipment, it is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with UPS or the specified carrier. Promotion One will supply tracking numbers when requested.

International Shipments

Please contact Promotion One for ordering information. Promotion One will ship orders to destinations outside the United States subject to import restrictions, duties and taxes. Orders shipping outside the United States will be quoted and processed on an individual basis. Please contact Promotion One with your requirements.

Sales Tax

Orders purchased by Ohio residents or Ohio businesses will have Ohio sales taxes added to the total value of merchandise, shipping and handling.

Returns

Promotion One wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 30 days for a return authorization. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. A $25.00 service charge plus a 15% re-stocking fee will apply on all returned goods. Goods damaged in transit require the buyer to file a claim with the carrier.

Revisions and Cancellations

Orders for in-stock items may be revised or cancelled within 24 hours without penalty.
